Butterfly Pea has a well-earned reputation as a traditional remedy to strengthen and darken hair. Rich in Anthocyanins and Flavonoids, Butterfly Pea flower extract is added to Khaokho’s products to promote blood circulation in the scalp and nourish hair follicles. It is also a delightful source of vivid blue when we need a natural coloring agent.

Since our founding, Khaokho has used Aloe Vera extensively in its’ raw form. Although challenging to extract at scale, the gel from the core of the plant is high in Vitamin E and proteolytic enzymes, making it one of nature’s best solutions to nourish and soothe the skin.

Despite not being native to Thailand, we began incorporating Avocado Oil into our formulas having heard of many Home-DIY treatments with impressive results. Avocado Oil works as an excellent natural source of Omega 3s and Vitamins A, D and E that nourishes and calms sensitive skin. It is also rich in Lecithin, which creates a protective barrier (like Coconut Oil), preventing moisture loss.

We use concentrated Rice extracts loaded with Vitamins B, E, minerals, and amino acids as the key ingredient in our anti-aging facecare lines as it effectively reduces pore size, promotes cell growth, and softens the skin.
